About the Role

Preferred qualifications include managing rental yard operations and overseeing yard employees as they handle equipment for outgoing jobs and returns. You will also oversee yard organization of rental equipment, assist employees to create a positive work environment, and manage yard operations when the Branch Operations Manager is away. • Manage rental yard operations and supervise yard staff handling equipment for jobs and returns. • Oversee organization and inventory of rental equipment in the yard. • Foster a positive work environment by assisting yard employees. • Assume yard management responsibilities when the Branch Operations Manager is absent. • Ensure compliance with Minnesota salary posting requirements; hourly pay ranges from $24.50 to $36.30 based on experience and equity.
