About the Role
The position provides daily leadership for a container facility, ensuring that company service and safety standards are consistently met. The manager oversees all aspects of facility operations, balancing operational efficiency with regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include supervising facility staff, assigning duties, and scheduling resources needed to complete daily activities. The role also involves managing the purchase of materials and capital assets, coordinating container deliveries and swaps, monitoring departmental performance, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, the manager enforces company policies, safety programs, and handles employee coaching, training, discipline, and performance evaluations. • Supervise daily operations and staff at the container facility. • Assign duties, schedule resources, and coordinate container deliveries and swaps. • Oversee purchasing of materials and capital assets, and compile related financial data. • Monitor performance, identify process improvements, and implement corrective strategies. • Enforce company policies, safety programs, and manage employee coaching, training, discipline, and performance evaluations. • Determine training needs and provide instruction to new or less experienced employees.

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 per year, with eligibility for incentive pay.
