About the Role
The position provides daily leadership for a container facility, ensuring that company service and safety standards are consistently met. The manager oversees all aspects of facility operations, balancing operational efficiency with regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include supervising facility staff, assigning duties, and scheduling resources needed to complete daily activities. The role also involves managing the purchase of materials and capital assets, coordinating container deliveries and swaps, monitoring departmental performance, and implementing process improvements. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 per year, with eligibility for incentive pay.
