About the Role
The Lead Rental HVAC Branch Associate works under moderate supervision, handling technical problem‑solving, determining solutions that meet product and customer specifications, and recommending actions to customers. The position also involves providing product and technical support, conducting customer training, and ensuring that the fleet, accessories, warehouse, and trucks are clean, maintained, organized, and ready for rent. • Oversee daily branch operations, handle customer inquiries, and dispatch technicians. • Perform job site surveys, deliveries, pickups, and installation of portable HVAC equipment. • Provide product and technical support, conduct customer training and briefings. • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions per product and customer specifications. • Maintain and organize fleet, accessories, warehouse, and trucks for optimal efficiency. • Complete and submit required paperwork, including order write‑ups and rental/sales agreements.

What You Bring
• High School Diploma or GED. • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience. • At least 1 year of supervisory experience. • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to lift 50 lb frequently, up to 75 lb occasionally, and climb a 10‑ft ladder. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong phone and organizational abilities. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Basic mechanical skills and comfort using hand tools.

Compensation ranges from $80,750 to $113,250, with eligibility for short‑term cash incentives, and applications are accepted for at least three days after posting.
