About the Role
As Lead Service Specialist for Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul (AMO), you will ensure safe, reliable, and cost‑effective service delivery to the worldwide AMO organization. You will oversee the workshop’s activities, coordinate parts planning with the materials team, and drive KPI monitoring and continuous improvement while maintaining strict compliance with HSE and quality policies. You will manage budget compliance, recommend workplace and tooling needs, and coordinate capital‑expenditure specifications and procurement. Responsibility also includes planning and directing all maintenance operations—from equipment installation to preventative maintenance and repairs—while building a competent technical workforce through hiring, training, and development. Additionally, you will handle special projects and maintain communication with internal and external customers regionally and globally. • Ensure 100% compliance with Baker Hughes HSE and Quality policies. • Manage AMO workshop activities to meet operational demand. • Coordinate parts planning, ordering, and on‑time delivery with materials team. • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvements. • Develop and manage budget compliance; recommend facility and tooling needs. • Oversee specifications and procurement of capital expenditures for AMO. • Plan, coordinate, and direct all maintenance operations, including installation and preventative maintenance. • Hire, train, and develop a competent technical workforce. • Lead special projects as assigned. • Communicate with internal and external customers globally.

What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or a related field, at least four years of services experience plus three years in assembly, repair, maintenance and overhaul, and demonstrated leadership and analytical abilities. Fluency in English and solid knowledge of AMO processes are essential.
