About the Role

The Territory Manager for Western New York will work remotely and be responsible for the full sales cycle within the region. This role includes overseeing sales growth, profitability, product listings, and market‑share gains across all SBDK brands. Key duties involve creating and executing strategic plans that leverage marketing programs, field resources, product training, event marketing, and outside‑sales activities. The manager will cultivate relationships with top accounts, regularly visit all dealers, and provide support on product knowledge, merchandising, and event marketing. • Manage sales growth, profitability, listings, and market share for the Western NY territory. • Develop and execute strategic plans using marketing programs, field resources, product training, and events. • Build and maintain relationships with top accounts and regularly visit all dealers in the region. • Provide dealer support on product knowledge, merchandising, and event marketing. • Utilize Salesforce, Business Warehouse, and other IT systems to improve efficiency. • Oversee budgets for travel, targeted funds, and demo tools to ensure profitability.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a four‑year degree (preferred) and at least three years of sales experience in industrial or complex commercial products.
