About the Role
The technician will handle equipment check‑ins, clean and pressure‑wash items, perform full‑service maintenance, and diagnose simple mechanical issues. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, coordinating deliveries and pick‑ups, maintaining a safe warehouse and wash bay, and operating a company vehicle while keeping accurate service records. • Perform equipment check‑ins, cleaning, pressure‑washing, and minor repairs to keep rentals ready. • Conduct full‑service maintenance, diagnose simple mechanical problems, and manage preventative upkeep. • Track inventory, coordinate deliveries, pick‑ups, and service calls, and maintain accurate service records. • Operate and maintain the company vehicle, ensuring a clean driving record and regular inspections. • Ensure a safe work environment by overseeing the warehouse and wash bay, and following safety standards. • Provide emergency service on a rotating schedule, including weekends and evenings.

What You Bring

Candidates need 1–3 years of mechanic experience with internal‑combustion engines, propane, electrical, and hydraulic systems, plus a high school diploma or GED; trade‑school training and floor‑care equipment experience are preferred. They must bring their own tools, demonstrate strong troubleshooting, prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain a high safety awareness. • Require 1–3 years of mechanical experience with IC engines, propane, electrical, and hydraulic systems. • Hold a high school diploma or GED; trade‑school training and floor‑care equipment experience preferred. • Must bring personal mechanic tools, demonstrate strong troubleshooting, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
