About the Role

The Account Partner role (contract until February 2027) focuses on digital solution sales for real‑estate agency clients in Sydney South, offering hybrid working and potential permanent placement. Reporting to an experienced Sales Leader, the Account Partner will own a portfolio of residential agency clients across the Sutherland Shire and St George region, using consultative selling to drive revenue, product adoption and brand loyalty. • Develop deep, collaborative relationships with key agency clients. • Solution‑sell Domain’s product portfolio to achieve revenue growth and new product adoption. • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery meetings to contract execution and performance reporting. • Present market insights to stakeholder groups and attend client events. • Design and execute business‑growth initiatives for assigned accounts. • Introduce and position new featured products to address client challenges. • Deliver prompt, world‑class customer service and resolve operational issues. • Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, barriers and opportunities. • Create custom product solutions or bundles tailored to client needs. • Negotiate, handle objections and secure win‑win outcomes. • Present confidently to client sales teams and decision‑makers, communicating ROI through storytelling. • Maintain a reliable vehicle to service the Sutherland Shire and St George region (car allowance provided).
