This role offers the chance to drive infrastructure forward, power innovation, and leave a mark on the energy future. • Type, format, and organize project documents, reports, specifications, and correspondence. • Create and maintain paper and electronic files. • Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates. • Apply company quality‑assurance guidelines for document management. • Coordinate meetings and presentations. • Support multiple Project Managers and project teams. • Assist with project guides, reviews, invoices, and expense reports. • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and deliverables proactively. • Track and respond to messages in the shared email inbox. • Prepare, update, and distribute weekly project reports and status summaries. • Transfer files and deliverables between HDR and clients, maintaining version control. • Monitor and audit workload assignment and progress‑tracking systems. • Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Maintain excellent organization in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring
