About the Role

Interns will support a variety of engineering tasks to develop technical, social, and ethical skills, including learning basic structural engineering principles, assisting with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations and analysis. What You Bring

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, actively enrolled in an accredited Structural or Civil Engineering undergraduate program (or related field) with an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later, and authorized to work in the United States. Required attributes include a demonstrated interest in structural engineering, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to follow direction from mentors and managers, basic proficiency with technical writing, office software, and a proven commitment to workplace safety. Preferred qualifications include enrollment in a Master’s or PhD program, experience with AutoCAD or Revit, and prior internship or leadership experience on campus. • Enrolled in accredited Structural/Civil Engineering program, graduating Aug 2026+; 18+; U.S. work authorization. • Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and safety awareness. • Preferred: Master’s/PhD enrollment, AutoCAD or Revit experience, prior internship or leadership roles.

No relocation or housing assistance is provided. The hourly compensation range for this internship is $22.16–$31.37, reflecting education, experience, and geographic location.
