About the Role

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets. • Conduct risk assessments and define project deliverables and milestones. • Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop project designs. • Review and approve design documents and drawings to meet regulatory and client specifications. • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of project sites and monitor progress against plans. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures. • Lead and mentor project teams, including coordinators, engineers, and contractors. • Facilitate effective communication and resolve conflicts during execution. • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and address client concerns. • Monitor project budgets, control costs, allocate resources efficiently, and mitigate financial risks.

What You Bring

Parsons is seeking a talented Project Manager to lead infrastructure design projects from planning through execution. The role involves managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or a related field and brings at least 15 years of experience in infrastructure design project management, including five years in a leadership role. Proven success managing multi‑phase, complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and navigating regulatory environments is essential. • Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or related field. • Minimum 15 years experience in infrastructure design project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven success managing multi‑phase projects with complex interdependencies. • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure design projects. • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and knowledge of design delivery methodologies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results. • Experience with early works or phased infrastructure design projects. • Familiarity with local authority and regulatory environments.
