About the Role
As an entry-level engineer you will support our engineering teams on inspiring, demanding, and highly collaborative designs. You will learn from senior staff while contributing to innovative solutions and client satisfaction. The role also includes participation in the Engineering Development Training (EDT) program and related continuing-education seminars. • Create basic designs under senior engineer direction. • Learn drawing organization and company standards. • Perform CAD/BIM drafting for various project sizes to understand architectural engineering design and documentation. • Coordinate designs with other trades (architectural, internal, external) under senior technical guidance. • Support design and engineering of new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades across diverse projects. • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work assignments. • Assist engineers with field investigations, construction site visits, and project coordination meetings. • Participate in EDT program training sessions and related support activities. • Attend Engineering Development Program continuing education seminars on technical and professional topics.

We currently have an entry-level opportunity for an Electrical Engineering Graduate. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (graduating Winter 2025, Spring or Summer 2026). • Previous engineering internship (preferred). • Knowledge of latest MEP AutoCAD; Revit experience a plus. • Proficiency in design and calculation software and Microsoft Office Suite. • FE or EIT certification preferred.
