About the Role
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to construction teams, project managers, and leadership. • Maintain, update, and audit multiple spreadsheets and tracking tools for accurate data. • Serve as point of contact for internal teams, responding to requests, resolving issues, and coordinating information flow. • Learn and navigate multiple company systems to support project and operational processes. • Develop working knowledge of company services and workflows to perform tasks independently.

What You Bring
• Minimum 2 years experience in administrative, operations, or customer support roles. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage large volumes of data accurately. • Able to learn and work within proprietary financial and operational systems. • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. • Capable of supporting multiple teams and shifting priorities.
