The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting and performing routine and preventative maintenance on plant production machinery, utility equipment, and facilities. • Troubleshoot production machinery and utility equipment to resolve issues promptly. • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment and facilities. • Follow safety protocols to protect employees, the community, and the environment. • Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. • Support an inclusive, diverse culture that promotes equity and collaboration.
