About the Role

The New Installation (NI) Regional Sales Leader will drive growth of NI orders across underserved vertical markets by coaching Sales Managers and Branch Managers to meet regional and team sales goals. Reporting to the Regional General Manager with a dotted line to the North American Sales Leader, the role implements sales initiatives and establishes processes to boost team performance. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring NI sales and branch managers, building long‑term relationships with major customers, and identifying new business opportunities. The leader ensures full adoption of ALC Field sales tools such as Construct Connect and Salesforce, coordinates service pull‑through, sets performance standards, and conducts regular reviews, forecasting, and market analysis while maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical requirements. • Recruit, train, and coach NI sales managers and branch managers. • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers. • Identify and qualify new business development and M&A opportunities. • Ensure full utilization of sales tools (Construct Connect, PMO, OO, AO, SPO, Salesforce). • Coordinate with regional service sales leader to pull through service on NI orders. • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to sales leaders. • Coach leaders on positioning WebCTRL through demos, presentations, and negotiations. • Analyze market conditions to guide penetration, profitability, and growth strategies. • Establish consistent sales cadence for owners, engineers, and contractors. • Develop sales forecasts and contribute to annual budgeting. • Conduct weekly one‑on‑one reviews, pipeline reviews, and monthly sales meetings. • Ensure compliance with ALC Field processes, legal, and ethical standards. • Review estimates, proposals, and contracts for accuracy and quality. • Engage with regional leadership to share market trends, training needs, and successes.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, 7+ years of sales or management experience, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel up to 30% domestically. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 8+ years in a supervisory role, strong technical knowledge of HVAC and building automation, and proven ability to motivate teams and present solutions to customers. • High School Diploma or GED; 7+ years sales or management experience. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30% domestically. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • 8+ years supervisory experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Knowledge of HVAC, building automation, and control systems. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms; drive team usage. • Ability to deliver compelling technical and non‑technical presentations.
