About the Role
In this role, you will guide retail and event promotion initiatives that drive lead generation and strengthen brand visibility across the market. • Lead a team of field promoters in retail and event spaces to generate leads and increase local awareness. • Recruit, staff, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing promotion team. • Attend weekly management meetings and provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet business objectives. • Serve as the public face of Mad City, communicating directly with customers at events.

What You Bring
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be available to work weekends. • Prior experience in face‑to‑face marketing, lead setting, and team leadership required. • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize. • Physical ability to stand and walk 6–8+ hours daily, work outdoors in varying weather, and perform stooping, bending, and reaching during promotions.
