IT ERP Product Lead

About the Role

The Lead Data Migration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting the SAP ERP and data‑warehouse enterprise architecture at Regal Rexnord. This role focuses on migrating the company’s existing ERP systems to SAP ECC and delivering a robust, scalable platform that meets the corporation’s information needs. The developer will collaborate with business and data owners to create and implement enterprise‑level solutions in SAP ECC. They will coordinate the creation, management, and maintenance of a repeatable data‑load and migration process, and lead the Data Migration team in extracting, cleaning, mapping, and loading both master and transactional data from multiple sources. Designing ETL load logic that complies with Regal Rexnord standards and developing load programs via custom ABAP or SAP tools such as LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit, and ALE are key technical duties. The role also involves producing comprehensive system documentation and assisting with end‑user documentation for the implemented solutions. Effective project, change, and operations management for data‑warehousing and business‑intelligence reporting solutions falls under this position’s remit. The developer is accountable for delivering the data‑migration strategy, supporting mock conversion cycles, performing data validation for testing and go‑live, and defining logical data models and standards while coordinating extraction‑transform‑load activities with functional, technical, and test teams. • Design, develop, deploy, and support SAP ERP and data‑warehouse architecture. • Lead migration of legacy ERP systems to SAP ECC. • Collaborate with business and data owners to implement enterprise‑level SAP solutions. • Manage a data migration team for extracting, cleaning, mapping, and loading master and transactional data. • Create ETL load designs that meet company standards. • Develop load programs using ABAP, LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit, ALE, and other SAP tools. • Produce system and end‑user documentation for implemented solutions. • Oversee project, change, and operational aspects of data‑warehousing and BI reporting. • Execute data‑migration strategy and support mock conversion cycles with thorough data validation. • Define logical data models, data standards, and coordinate ETL activities with functional, technical, and test teams.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology, engineering, or a related field, and possess at least nine years of IT experience in SAP data migration, data analysis, and related disciplines. Required expertise includes creating load programs using Data Services ETL, IDoc, BAPI, LSMW, LTMC, and custom ABAP, as well as proficiency in cut‑over planning, project design, and understanding SAP data dependencies across FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, PS, and WM modules. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field with at least nine years of SAP data‑migration experience. • Expertise in SAP tools such as Data Services ETL, IDoc, BAPI, LSMW, LTMC, and custom ABAP. • Proficient in cut‑over planning, project design, and understanding SAP data dependencies across FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, PS, and WM modules.
