About the Role
The Global Expert Technical Support Group offers a collaborative, fast‑growing environment where you can deepen technical expertise while supporting electricians, application engineers, building‑controls specialists and sales teams. You’ll work with global R&D partners across continents, partnering with software and hardware engineers to enhance products and drive future innovations. In this role you will handle advanced technical challenges across building management and energy systems, diagnosing issues, supporting field teams and contributing to product improvements. Your work will directly impact system reliability, customer satisfaction and continuous product enhancement. • Resolve complex technical issues escalated by customers, engineers, and sales teams. • Identify and qualify product defects and work with engineering to reproduce and fix them. • Track and document cases in the CRM system for clear communication. • Research, document, and share technical problem solutions with the team. • Design, plan, evaluate, and test advanced systems for monitoring and controlling electrical and building equipment. • Perform remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and health checks on customer installations. • Prioritize critical site escalations, especially for Global Strategic Accounts. • Support field teams and contribute to product improvements.

What You Bring
• Hold a degree in electrical engineering, building automation, computer science, or equivalent. • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting of software, hardware, networks, or databases. • Knowledge of electrical/power systems and building automation protocols (BACnet, LON, Modbus). • Comfortable with Windows operating systems and IP‑based communication networks. • Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English. • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and travel internationally as needed. • Preferred: experience commissioning building management systems and advanced technical support. • Preferred: familiarity with cloud architectures, programming (C++, Java, Python, MySQL) and PLCs. • Preferred: experience with Schneider automation solutions, Tridium Niagara, I/A Series controls, Workplace Tech tools.
