About the Role
The Sr. Superintendent leads field operations, oversees completion schedules, and manages labor budgets for construction projects, including specialty department work. Safety is a core value, and the superintendent is expected to promote and model safe work practices while directing field team members and subcontractors to achieve timely, successful project completion. • Plan and schedule projects, including short‑interval timelines. • Develop manpower schedules and working budgets aligned with estimates. • Manage subcontractors, resolve issues, and enforce quality and safety controls. • Track weekly labor, material, and equipment costs, adjusting to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction. • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting client needs. • Lead, mentor, and coach team members and other Pepper supervisors. • Promote safety education and compliance among all project participants. • Represent Pepper to clients, architects, engineers, building officials, and inspectors, earning respect. • Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the company’s quality reputation. • Conduct all interactions in a professional manner.

What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred), at least 15 years of field supervision experience, and a track record of independently completing nine or more projects.
