About the Role
The role is a Software Developer on the Enterprise AI team, tasked with building solutions that drive the company's future growth. What You Bring
• Adhere to enterprise architecture principles and best practices • .NET, React, and Microsoft SQL development experience • Experience integrating AI models, APIs, and agentic frameworks into backend systems • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture • Understanding of DevOps framework and related tooling • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and Visual Studio • Strong client‑facing and internal communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field

This is a hybrid position based in either Glendale, WI or Dallas, TX, with a salary range of $85,000‑$117,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
