About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and ensures quality move‑in, resident satisfaction, timely service and personal attention for residents of Cushman & Wakefield. The role responds to resident service requests and helps deliver superior customer service. The supervisor prepares market‑ready apartments by painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs and housekeeping, and completes resident service requests promptly. The supervisor performs on‑call emergency procedures, reports budget‑impacting maintenance issues, schedules and records preventative maintenance, and stays compliant with state, local and federal housing laws, codes and company policies. • Prepare market‑ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, housekeeping) • Complete resident service requests promptly • Perform maintenance tasks: plumbing, pool, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal • Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas and dog parks clean and safe • Execute on‑call emergency procedures and report budget‑impacting issues • Schedule and document preventative maintenance activities • Ensure compliance with housing laws, codes, policies, and safety procedures • Work any shift Sunday‑Saturday to meet business needs • Safely use cleaning agents and equipment; conduct basic math calculations

What You Bring
The position requires knowledge of plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, electrical work, painting, caulking, snow removal, scheduling and life‑safety issues, and includes routine upkeep of grounds, pools, common areas and dog parks. The role must be able to work any shift Sunday‑Saturday, safely handle cleaning agents and equipment, perform basic math calculations, and possess a valid driver’s license and, where required, a CPO or EPA‑608 Type II certification. Required education includes a high school diploma, GED, trade, technical or vocational schooling, and at least three years of related experience with the appropriate certifications. The work environment is a professional office setting with regular travel between properties and exposure to varying weather conditions; physical demands include climbing stairs, standing or sitting for most of the shift, lifting up to 100 lb and traveling up to 10 % of the time. • Hold a valid driver’s license; possess CPO or EPA‑608 Type II certification as required • Minimum 3+ years related experience; high school diploma/GED or trade/technical education • Travel between properties and work in varying weather; lift up to 100 lb, stand/sit 85 % of shift
