About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist Project Managers in delivering a flagship scheme for a major client. Work will be split between London, Birmingham, customer offices, and home, requiring flexibility to travel as needed. Note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. • Track project progress and act as communication hub among internal team, client, and external stakeholders. • Support transactional activities in SAP and other project management tools. • Coordinate timelines, milestones, and on‑time deliveries and contribute to overall project planning. • Assist with project forecasting, reporting, and preparation of management reports. • Update project files, capture meeting minutes, and maintain electronic and paper filing systems. • Organize recurring and ad‑hoc project meetings and calls. • Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures, guidelines, and safety/integrity standards. • Collate QHSE data for monthly reporting and support Document Control and QA functions. • Prioritize workload accurately in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.
