About the Role
The Custodial Project Manager oversees custodial operations and special cleaning projects across educational facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and healthy learning environment for students, faculty, and staff. This role manages custodial teams, coordinates large‑scale cleaning initiatives, and ensures compliance with health and safety standards. Benefits
The position offers an annual salary between $75,000 and $80,000, with the final offer reflecting the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographic location, and market data. Employees may also be eligible to participate in a company incentive or bonus program. ABM provides a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan. Employees become eligible to make personal contributions after 30 days and receive ABM matching contributions—100 % of the first 3 % of contributions and 50 % of the next 2 %—with immediate vesting.
