About the Role
In this position you will serve as the primary talent acquisition partner to divisional leadership, owning strategy, execution, and results across sales, canvassing, call center, and installation hiring. While embedded within the business, the role sits within Renuity’s centralized Talent Acquisition organization to ensure consistency, strong analytics, and shared best practices across markets, with up to 25% travel required. You will track and improve recruiting KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, source performance, and candidate experience, leverage the ASHBY ATS and analytics tools for data accuracy and actionable reporting, analyze hiring and attrition trends to identify risks and opportunities, and present insights to TA leadership, HRBPs, and divisional executives. • Own and execute divisional recruiting strategy aligned with growth plans and labor forecasts. • Partner with operations, sales, and installation leaders to forecast hiring needs and create workforce plans. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to improve hiring velocity, quality, and candidate experience. • Provide performance coaching, career development, and capability building for recruiters. • Champion inclusive, efficient, and candidate‑centric recruiting practices. • Build sustainable pipelines for high‑volume field roles (design consultants, call center agents, installers, production teams). • Deploy market‑specific sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, grassroots outreach, trade schools, and local partnerships. • Collaborate with TA Operations and Marketing on sourcing campaigns and measure channel ROI. • Track and improve recruiting KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, source performance, and candidate experience. • Leverage ASHBY ATS and analytics tools for accurate reporting and actionable insights. • Analyze hiring and attrition trends to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements. • Present performance insights to TA leadership, HRBPs, and divisional executives.
