UGL is seeking an experienced Advanced Scaffolder for its Wagerup site, located 90 minutes south of Perth CBD, to work closely with a long‑standing client on ongoing maintenance and ad‑hoc shutdowns. Candidates must hold the appropriate licences, demonstrate strong safety awareness, and be self‑starters capable of working independently or as part of a team. Success at UGL requires a genuine concern for safety, the ability to thrive in a high‑performance environment, and an innovative mindset willing to challenge the norm. • 5&4 roster with 10.5‑hour days • High Risk Work License required • Ability to pass a Verification of Competence (VOC) • Working at Heights and Confined Spaces certification (minimum 3 years experience, 6‑month validity) • Excellent safety awareness and values • Self‑starter capable of working independently or collaboratively • Capacity to flourish in a high‑performance environment • Innovative mindset and willingness to challenge the norm
