About the Role
The Assistant Community Manager oversees resident engagement, community operations, and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily functions and memorable interactions for residents and visitors alike. • Serve as primary contact for residents and visitors, responding with empathy and professionalism. • Conduct walk‑in and scheduled community tours. • Support move‑ins and move‑outs to ensure seamless transitions. • Escalate resident concerns to leadership when needed. • Perform pre‑move‑in home inspections and flag maintenance or curb‑appeal issues. • Patrol properties, identifying and reporting repairs. • Assist in planning and executing resident events. • Enforce safety standards and community policies. • Maintain accurate resident records and prepare community reports. • Perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will bring at least two years of customer‑service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment, and a valid driver’s license for inter‑community travel. • Minimum 2 + years experience in customer service or related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork orientation. • Proven problem‑solving and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between communities.
