About the Role
• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage all aspects of complex small‑to‑medium projects and routine large projects. • Produce and coordinate multiple small‑to‑medium projects concurrently. • Establish and maintain client relationships; participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. • Conduct work sessions to develop deliverables with staff and stakeholders. • Coordinate staffing and workload for the entire project life cycle and ensure on‑schedule delivery. • Track project financials and adjust work effort to stay within budget and schedule. • Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Business leadership for periodic project reviews. • Implement QA/QC procedures.

What You Bring
• Master’s degree (preferred qualification). • PMP certification (preferred qualification). • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required qualification). • Minimum 7 years relevant experience (required qualification). • At least 2 years of project management experience (required qualification). • Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license (required qualification). • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project (Access a plus) (required qualification). • Demonstrated leadership skills (required qualification).
