Perform on-wing and off-wing aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul for Rolls‑Royce customers.

About the Role
In this role you will follow work scope instructions from Maintenance Operations Control, conduct both on‑wing and off‑wing engine maintenance including engine changes, and secure repair‑station inspection approvals. You will interact directly with customers, lift up to approximately 50 lb, and pass a required eye examination. Troubleshooting will involve using logic and engine data references such as AMM, EMM, and IPC, while applying relevant Service Bulletins, FAA Advisory Directives, and Technical Variances. • Follow work scope instructions from Maintenance Operations Control. • Perform on‑wing and off‑wing engine maintenance, including engine changes. • Obtain and maintain repair‑station inspection approvals. • Interface directly with customers. • Apply Service Bulletins, FAA Advisory Directives, and Technical Variances.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED with at least two years of aircraft maintenance experience, or an Associate’s degree with one year of experience, and possess an FAA Airframe & Power Plant license. Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, and successful completion of FAA/DOT background and drug screening. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with Rolls‑Royce gas‑turbine engines, familiarity with FAR 145 repair‑station operations, and basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Lift up to ~50 lb and pass required eye examination. • Use troubleshooting logic and reference engine data such as AMM, EMM, IPC. • Hold High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years or Associate’s degree with 1+ year aircraft maintenance experience. • Possess an FAA Airframe & Power Plant license. • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and pass FAA/DOT background and drug tests. • Prior Rolls‑Royce gas‑turbine engine experience (preferred). • Prior FAR 145 repair‑station experience (preferred). • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills (preferred).
