About the Role
In this role you will support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber services. You will climb poles or operate a bucket truck to install, relocate, and maintain aerial plants, read and interpret schematics and construction prints, and troubleshoot problems that arise in the field. • Support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber services. • Perform installation, relocation, and maintenance of aerial plants using poles or bucket trucks. • Troubleshoot field problems as they arise. • Maintain strict daily safety standards. • Solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach. • Work on long‑term projects and collaborate closely with the team.
