The role involves designing and developing dashboards for visual management of engineering project performance and risk indicators, consolidating data from multiple sources such as SQL databases, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Accuracy, consistency, and integrity of dashboard content are ensured through rigorous validation against source systems. • Design and develop engineering project performance dashboards (e.g., EAC Erosion, LCV Risk) • Build and maintain business‑critical dashboards (VSL, Hoshin, Demand‑Capacity, Kaizen) • Consolidate data from multiple sources into Tableau for studies, process improvements, and automation projects • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership • Validate dashboard content for accuracy, consistency, and integrity

What You Bring
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Data Analyst to support our engineering and operations teams by developing and maintaining visual dashboards and data automation solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project engineers to design interactive Tableau dashboards that enable leadership to monitor project health, cost trends, and capacity planning across critical business areas. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred) and have at least four years of experience in engineering data analysis or project analytics. Required skills include hands‑on Tableau dashboarding, SQL querying, strong analytical abilities, and attention to detail, with familiarity in plant engineering, industrial gas turbines, or design systems considered a strong plus. Immediate availability, strong communication, self‑starting attitude, and experience with lean initiatives are preferred. • Tableau (mandatory) • Excel / Python (optional advantage) • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) • Minimum 4 years of engineering data analysis or project analytics experience • Hands‑on experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboarding • Proficient in SQL querying and data preparation • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to interpret engineering and project data to support decision‑making • Familiarity with plant engineering, industrial gas turbines, or design systems (plus) • Immediate joiners preferred • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Self‑starter capable of independent work in a fast‑paced environment • Prior experience supporting lean initiatives in engineering/manufacturing contexts
