What You Bring
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our Transport & Infrastructure Accounting Services team in Auckland. This pivotal leadership role combines financial expertise and commercial acumen to deliver accurate reporting, optimise cashflow, and drive performance improvements across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across both NZ and Australia, providing insights that help influence decisions and improve business outcomes. • Hold a tertiary qualification in commerce, accounting or financial management • Be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or hold an equivalent professional qualification • Possess 10+ years of senior finance experience, preferably in a large or multi‑entity organisation • Demonstrate strong background in financial reporting, cashflow management and compliance • Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive performance • Exhibit high emotional intelligence, resilience and a proactive problem‑solving mindset
