About the Role

The Quality Technician role at Kimberly-Clark is focused on delivering better care for billions of people by supporting the KCPX/PPS commercial product and R&E Innovation quality testing while ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations and the company’s Quality Management System. In this position you will collaborate with staff teams to align on product specifications and deviations, manage production quality planning, coordinate asset quality protocols, and oversee production testing and inspection for both commercial production and trial activities. • Lead manufacturing Quality Operations, ensuring daily readiness, on‑floor oversight and regulatory compliance. • Own specification management and maintain quality documentation in EtQ. • Oversee quality testing for commercial production, innovation, and trials, including PASS and startup protocols. • Manage product release and lot record processes, ensuring accuracy, GDP compliance and timely disposition. • Support internal audits, Eyes for Quality activities, and non‑conformance/CAPA processes. • Manage calibration and verification of quality testing equipment, maintaining traceability and corrective actions. • Provide training, coaching and support to Quality Analysts, Technicians and line personnel. • Provide on‑site fitness center, occupational health nurse and safety equipment allowances.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold an associate degree or equivalent experience, have at least one year of quality-system experience in manufacturing, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and quality-software tools. • Hold an associate degree or equivalent industry experience. • Minimum one year of Quality Management System experience in a manufacturing environment. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong verbal and written communication. • Ability to prioritize, manage time and adapt in a fast‑paced production environment. • Preferred knowledge of ISO 9001, medical device regulations, EtQ, PASS and LabVantage. • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and ability to assess product quality against specifications.
