About the Role
As an entry‑level engineer you will support senior engineers and designers to create basic designs, learn drawing standards, and produce CAD/BIM drafts across various project sizes. You will coordinate with other trades, assist with field investigations, and take ownership of the accuracy and timeliness of your assignments while participating in the Engineering Development Training (EDT) program. • Create basic designs under senior guidance. • Learn drawing organization and company standards. • Perform CAD/BIM drafting for diverse projects. • Coordinate designs with architectural and engineering trades. • Support system design for new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades. • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work assignments. • Assist with field investigations and construction site visits. • Attend and participate in EDT program training sessions. • Participate in Engineering Development Program continuing education seminars. • Work half‑day from home on Fridays year‑round.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, can work independently when needed, and is eager to expand technical knowledge. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (graduating Winter 2025–Summer 2026) is required, with internship experience and proficiency in MEP AutoCAD, Revit, design software, and MS Office preferred; FE or EIT certification is a plus. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (graduating Winter 2025–Summer 2026). • Possess prior engineering internship experience (optional). • Know the latest version of MEP AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus. • Proficient in design/calculation software and MS Office Suite. • FE or EIT certification preferred.
