About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to develop and oversee installation plans for Clean Energy Center (CEC) modifications from initiation through closeout, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and CEC procedures. The role serves as a Task Manager responsible for supervising the work performed by the supplemental workforce. Key duties include coordinating with vendors, developing cost estimates, and collaborating with internal teams to create and lay out project schedules. The Task Manager holds field work coordination meetings, facilitates intradepartmental communication, and ensures installation plans adhere to schedules while tracking costs. Safety expectations are reinforced and the safety performance of supplemental workers is monitored. Performance data is captured in the Supplier Financial Management System (FMS). • Develop and oversee CEC installation plans from initiation to closeout. • Act as Task Manager supervising supplemental workforce activities. • Coordinate with vendors, create estimates, and schedule project work. • Lead field coordination meetings and facilitate interdepartmental communication. • Ensure installation plans meet schedule commitments and track costs. • Reinforce safety standards and monitor supplemental worker safety performance. • Capture and report performance data in the Supplier Financial Management System (FMS). • Provide bonus program, 401(k) match, and employee stock purchase options.

What You Bring

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor’s degree with five years of related experience, or a current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with five years of experience, or an associate’s degree with seven years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with nine years of experience. Candidates must meet minimum or unescorted access requirements and pass a favorable medical examination or testing as required by the position. Preferred qualifications include financial or budget experience, the ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and proficiency with electronic work management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel. • Require at least a bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience (or equivalent education/experience combinations). • Preferred: financial/budget experience, ability to read schematics and P&IDs, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
