About the Role

The Assistant Finance Manager will oversee administration and logistics services, coordinating purchase and billing activities, evaluating products and technology, and acting as a liaison with government agencies, statutory bodies, vendors, and service providers. Responsibilities also include facilities budgeting, responding to customer RFIs/RFPs, managing the facilities store, monitoring asset and inventory management, negotiating with vendors, tracking AMC for critical equipment, maintaining statutory registers, and turning customer feedback into actionable improvements. • Coordinate purchase and billing activities • Evaluate products and technology solutions • Liaise with government agencies, statutory bodies, vendors, and service providers • Prepare and manage facilities budgets • Respond to customer RFIs/RFPs • Oversee operation of the facilities store • Monitor asset and inventory management • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts • Track Annual Maintenance Contracts for critical equipment • Maintain statutory registers and compliance documents • Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback • Identify cost‑effective deals and recommend policy improvements

What You Bring

Candidates must be proficient with a range of IT tools and have solid experience in vendor management. Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills are required, along with a commerce degree and 8‑10 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
