What You Bring
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record • Reside within 40 miles of the assigned region • Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet using extension ladders • Weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety limits • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Demonstrated ability to work independently with remote supervision • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds • Facility/grounds maintenance experience • Construction experience • HVAC experience • Cable installation experience • Route driving experience • Roofing experience
