About the Role
The Handover and Commissioning Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute all commissioning and handover activities for road infrastructure projects, ensuring systems, documentation, and deliverables meet contractual, safety, and quality standards before client acceptance. • Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules for road construction projects. • Coordinate with design, construction, and quality teams to ensure readiness for commissioning. • Oversee testing and inspection of road infrastructure components such as pavement, drainage, signage, lighting, and ITS systems. • Manage the handover process, ensuring complete as‑built drawings, operation manuals, warranties, and maintenance plans. • Liaise with client representatives for inspections, approvals, and final acceptance. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications. • Monitor quality benchmarks for all commissioning activities. • Act as the focal point between contractors, consultants, and the client; conduct progress meetings and report to senior management. • Maintain comprehensive records of commissioning activities and prepare final handover reports.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of road/highway construction experience. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of road construction standards, QA/QC processes, and regulatory requirements. • Exhibit leadership, problem‑solving, and strong organizational and documentation skills. • Proficient in MS Office and project management software; familiarity with asset management and digital handover tools is a plus.
