About the Role

The primary responsibility of the Crew worker is to complete the precise installation of flooring and interior finishes. Crew workers are accountable for training and monitoring apprentice installers while ensuring company policies are followed. They must thoroughly review job paperwork before starting, communicate job status and issues with the Operations Manager or Scheduling team, and maintain installation tools and company vehicles. Effective time management, sound judgment, and performance assessment are required to complete jobs timely and thoroughly. • Train apprentices and enforce company policies • Inspect job paperwork before commencing work • Report status and any issues to the Operations Manager or Scheduler • Maintain installation tools and keep company vehicles clean • Apply effective time management to ensure timely job completion • Assess personal and team performance to drive continuous improvement • Uphold safety standards during 8‑hour shifts involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company matching
