About the Role
• Lead commissioning and optimization of advanced BAS for HVAC, lighting, and energy systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues across multiple platforms (WebCTRL®, Niagara, Schneider, Honeywell). • Integrate third‑party systems using BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks. • Configure controls, trends, alarms, reports, and manage secure network connections. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians. • Deliver customer training and ensure system performance meets specifications.

What You Bring
• Minimum qualifications: High School diploma/GED, 2+ years building automation/HVAC experience, ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lb, valid driver’s license. • Preferred qualifications: Associate/Bachelor degree or technical certificate in HVAC/Controls, proficiency with WebCTRL and TCP/IP networks, experience with multiple automation platforms, strong communication and teamwork skills, Microsoft 365 proficiency.
