Job Highlights
About the Role
• Review inventory at loading dock to ensure crew truck is stocked. • Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, and electrical equipment. • Apply weather sealing and assemble racking per project plan. • Maintain a clean, orderly job site and perform project clean‑up. • Ensure personal, crew, and site safety; lead crew through safe installations. • Provide technical leadership and support to crew members. • Assist with solar battery installations and act as foreperson when needed. • Adhere to safety policies; identify and report hazards. • Lift/move materials up to 50 lb frequently, up to 100 lb with assistance. • Perform tasks in varied outdoor weather conditions and use appropriate PPE.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior solar installation or comparable construction/military experience. • Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and must be 21 years of age. • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills. • Willingness to participate in cross‑training (Power+ program) and work independently or as a team. • Ability to meet deadlines and key performance metrics. • Work on rooftops and in confined spaces, requiring climbing, bending, squatting, etc. • Use fine motor skills for handling tools and components.
