About the Role

The role involves managing engineering projects, overseeing budget, invoicing, and collection efforts, while also driving business development through regular client interactions. The incumbent will prepare reports and proposals to support project execution. The position requires hands‑on technical work such as boring layouts, utility clearing, supervising drill crews, and assisting with rig access issues. Additional duties include conducting geophysical surveys, performing in‑situ testing, classifying soils, and coordinating laboratory testing. What You Bring

Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Earth Sciences, Engineering Technology, or a related field, which is preferred. A minimum of ten years of relevant geotechnical field experience, or an equivalent combination of certification, experience, and education, is required.
