About the Role

The role involves delivering fieldwork for ground remediation and contaminated land projects, managing project performance, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging with clients, regulators and stakeholders to support delivery and business development. A strong contribution to a positive, knowledge‑sharing team culture is also expected. • Conduct field investigations, remediation works, validation sampling and monitoring for contaminated land projects across the NT. • Lead project management tasks, monitoring performance, budgets, timelines and scopes. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, client‑focused outcomes. • Engage with clients, regulators and stakeholders to support project delivery and business development. • Foster a positive team culture through knowledge sharing and collaboration. • Work independently, prioritize competing tasks and support a team‑focused environment. • Manage environmental projects end‑to‑end, including scope, timelines, budgets and coordination (desirable).

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field, possess a valid Australian driver’s licence and Australian citizenship, and have experience or strong interest in ground remediation. They must be able to work independently, prioritize competing priorities, communicate technical concepts clearly and demonstrate a proactive, collaborative attitude. • Hold a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or related field and possess a valid Australian driver’s licence and citizenship. • Demonstrate experience or strong interest in ground remediation, contaminated land assessment, soil and groundwater remediation. • Communicate technical concepts clearly in written and verbal form. • Exhibit proactive attitude, curiosity to learn and commitment to delivering quality work.
