About the Role

The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management at an assigned site or sites, managing staff and supporting the Regional Facilities Director and the JLL client account team in delivering quality facility services. This role coordinates client requirements, vendor relationships, and service delivery to ensure satisfaction. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include establishing open communication with site leadership, acting as the face of JLL, and ensuring all facility services follow standard processes, policies, and applicable laws. The manager develops and maintains positive relationships with client stakeholders, inspects buildings to uphold quality standards, supports short‑ and long‑term projects, and manages capital and expense budgets. They also create innovative programs to reduce operating costs, oversee vendor performance, monitor contracts and KPIs, and report site metrics. • Serve as primary facilities manager for assigned location(s). • Align client needs, vendor partnerships, and service delivery to achieve satisfaction. • Foster transparent communication with site leadership, representing JLL on‑site. • Uphold all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and internal initiatives. • Cultivate strong relationships with client points of contact and act as main liaison. • Perform regular building inspections to maintain high quality standards. • Aid in execution of short‑ and long‑term projects, budgeting, and routine maintenance. • Introduce cost‑saving and productivity‑boosting programs and processes. • Oversee vendor onboarding, monitor KPIs/SLA performance, and resolve escalations. • Verify vendor contract terms, invoice accuracy, and compliance. • Generate and present site KPI, financial, and performance reports regularly. • Support regional and account leaders with additional responsibilities as needed. • Apply strong analytical and root‑cause problem‑solving skills.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has at least six years of experience in corporate environments, third‑party service provision, or consulting, and a proven track record of collaborating across multiple functions to achieve results. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to build repeatable processes, multitask without direct supervision, and deliver compelling presentations. Technical proficiency includes Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Excel, and CMMS/Work Order systems, and US citizenship is mandatory due to government contract requirements. • Bring at least six years of experience in corporate, third‑party FM, or consulting settings. • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, and CMMS/Work Order tools; must be a U.S. citizen.

This position offers an estimated compensation range of $95,000 to $105,000 per year and is based on‑site in Wilsonville, Oregon.
