About the Role

The Sales Director reports to the Executive Director, holds an exempt salaried position with a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 per year, and works closely with the Executive Director to develop and execute the community’s marketing plan while meeting or exceeding budgetary and occupancy expectations. The role involves conducting phone and direct sales calls, managing move‑ins and move‑outs to maximize revenue, maintaining a wait list, generating leads, and using lead‑tracking and marketing software to support performance targets. The Sales Director also communicates resident needs to the Health & Wellness Director, keeps associates informed about product information and competition, motivates staff in partnership with the Executive Director, upholds compliance and confidentiality standards, and promotes a positive image of the community. • Conduct phone and direct sales calls to meet or exceed leasing goals. • Manage all move‑ins and move‑outs to optimize community revenue. • Maintain an active wait list and generate sufficient leads. • Utilize lead‑tracking and marketing software effectively. • Communicate resident needs to the Health & Wellness Director. • Monitor competition and keep associates updated on pricing and promotions. • Motivate and reward staff in collaboration with the Executive Director. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all state and federal regulations. • Maintain confidentiality of resident and corporate information.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, possess knowledge of industry regulations, be proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new applications, and be physically able to perform duties requiring standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb, and proper body mechanics. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the industry. • Demonstrate knowledge of senior‑living laws, regulations, and guidelines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and quick to learn new applications. • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb, and use proper body mechanics.
