About the Role
The entry‑level Associate Tool & Gauge Technician will calibrate and adjust gauges to meet standards set by manufacturing, assembly, and test departments. The role also involves managing electronic inventory records through SAP or similar systems and maintaining accurate calibration records for all gauges issued, returned, or serviced by internal departments and external vendors. Daily duties include using gauge blocks, horizontal trimos, and other setting devices; handling receipt, storage, issue, and delivery of perishable tooling, fixtures, gauges, shop supplies, and personal protective equipment; and collaborating with internal and external associates while performing frequent heavy lifting and prolonged standing. • Calibrate and adjust gauges according to manufacturing, assembly, and test standards. • Manage electronic inventory records using SAP or similar systems. • Maintain accurate calibration records for all issued, returned, or serviced gauges. • Use gauge blocks, horizontal trimos, and other gauge‑setting devices. • Receive, store, issue, and deliver tooling, fixtures, gauges, shop supplies, and PPE. • Collaborate with internal and external associates while following direction.

What You Bring
Candidates must be U.S. citizens and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with SAP and IndySoft, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of paints and chemicals, experience with gauge setting, perishable cutting tools, grinding wheels, fixtures, and abrasive products, and forklift certification or the ability to obtain one. • Perform frequent heavy lifting and stand for prolonged periods. • Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent. • Preferred: experience with SAP, IndySoft, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of paints/chemicals. • Preferred: proficiency in gauge setting, perishable cutting tools, grinding wheels, fixtures, and abrasive products. • Forklift certification required or ability to obtain one.
