About the Role

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the condominium’s common areas. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff by performing routine and deep‑cleaning tasks according to established standards. • Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms. • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces. • Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly. • Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors in common areas. • Maintain cleanliness of community rooms, fitness centers, and other amenities. • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and paper products. • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to management or maintenance staff. • Follow safety procedures and correctly use cleaning chemicals and equipment. • Assist with special cleaning projects, events, or seasonal tasks. • Perform light exterior cleaning of entryways, walkways, and trash areas.
