About the Role
As a Project Manager General, you will oversee the full lifecycle of small to medium single‑discipline projects and large routine projects, coordinating professional staff, client relationships, and financial performance. You will ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery while partnering with business, accounting, and operational leadership. The position requires producing multiple projects concurrently and implementing QA/QC procedures. • Plan and manage small to medium single‑discipline projects and large routine projects. • Independently coordinate professional staff and balance team workload throughout project development. • Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. • Conduct reviews with governing agencies to ensure compliance. • Lead design development work sessions and coordinate contract documents with staff. • Manage project workload to ensure timely completion of documents. • Track financial aspects of projects and adjust team effort to meet schedule and budget parameters. • Collaborate with Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller, and Department Manager for project reviews. • Direct single‑ or multi‑discipline teams from initiation through close‑out. • Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently. • Implement QA/QC procedures across project deliverables.

What You Bring
• Hold a professional license or certification. • PMP certification. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Minimum of 7 years related experience. • At least 2 years of project management experience. • Strong ability to interact with design teams and excellent organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills.
