About the Role
Job Summary: An Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining detailed records of non‑routine, moderately complex receivable transactions, including invoices, statements, and customer correspondence. This role ensures the company is paid accurately and on time for the services or products it provides. • Prepare, verify, and process invoices for goods or services provided to clients. • Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments received. • Monitor customer account details for non‑payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. • Investigate and resolve customer queries. • Generate age analysis reports to review outstanding accounts. • Perform account reconciliations, adjusting entries, and generate financial reports for management review. • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations. • Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad‑hoc forecasting reports. • Participate in credit control activities and decision making. • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy.

What You Bring
Education and Experience Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience are required. An associate's degree in accounting or finance is preferred. • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Exhibit excellent communication abilities. • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Work independently and as part of a team. • Apply knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
