You will handle a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property in top condition, contributing to the community’s preservation and preventive maintenance programs while adhering to safety standards. • Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties • Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks • Complete service requests in a timely manner • Participate in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program • Maintain company safety standards
