Job Highlights
About the Role
• Load and unload equipment. • Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5X7X16) and staging. • Level ground for scaffolding. • Lift, unload, move, set, and shovel mortar and grout between wheelbarrows and buckets. • Perform general cleanup and debris removal, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading or burning debris. • Place, push, pull, and shovel concrete. • Provide work direction and guidance to Laborer I, II, Helpers, and Apprentice. • Build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. • Operate power and hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies. • Perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements.
