About the Role

The purpose of this position is to provide project management expertise in electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical aspects of large turnkey electrical construction projects. The role supports teams of designers, engineers, internal and external vendors, customers, construction managers, and subcontractors across the electrical, civil, and mechanical trades. Projects are primarily located in the Southeast or West regions, depending on the candidate’s location. The incumbent will manage project scope changes, develop and maintain schedules, and prioritize action items. They will produce daily/weekly progress reports, implement financial controls, and support construction estimating and sales. Additional duties include overseeing design teams, improving subcontractor inefficiencies, managing subcontractor budgets, and ensuring a safe work environment through safety analysis, rigging plans, environmental risk planning, job audits, confined space programs, and lock‑out/tag‑out procedures. They will also maintain accurate as‑built documentation and punch‑list items.

What You Bring

• BS or AS in civil, mechanical, electrical, or structural engineering or equivalent experience • Minimum of five years of project management experience • Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling software • Knowledge of electrical SWGR, power distribution, power system engineering, automation, and controls • Strong computer skills (SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Must be located in CA, WA, OR, AZ, NV, UT, CO, or ID • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, ANSI, NETA, NERC/FERC, and NESC standards • Highly organized with strong time‑management skills • Background in construction
